Mecsek Anti-arteriosclerosis filter tea mixture

Ingredients: blackcurrant leaf (Ribis nigri folium), hawthorn flower shoot (Crataegi folium cum flore), prickly pear flower shoot (Leonuri cardiacae herba), plantain leaf (Plantaginis lanceolatae folium), peppermint leaf (Menthae piperitae folium), white mistletoe (Visci albae stipes )

Recommended preparation: Boil 2-3 filter bags with a cup (approx. 2.5 dl) of hot water. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes. It can be eaten at any temperature and possibly sweetened with honey. The maximum single dose is 1 cup of tea. Daily dose 1-2 cups of tea at most.
