Ingredients: Hawthorn Flowering Shoot (Crataegi folium cum flore), Alchemillae Herba Flowering Shoot, St. John's wort Flowering Shoot(Hyperici herba), Common Yarrow Flowering Shoot (Millefolii herba), Bitter Fennel Fruit (Foeniculi amari fructus), Medicinal Sage Leaf ( Salviae officinalis folium), medicinal lemongrass leaf stem (Melissae herba), peppermint leaf (Menthae piperitae folium)

Recommended preparation: Boil 3 filter bags of tea mixture with 1 liter of boiling water, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. It isrecommended to drink at least 1 liter of the tea per day to achievethe desired effect! It can be eaten hot or cold, flavored with honeyif necessary, but flavoring with lemon (or lemon substitute) is not recommended. A pleasant drink even without flavoring.
